21st Century Addition
The way we live now is so much different then the way people lived in the colonies. We feel as if the Constitution doesn't fit modern living. We want to just touch on a few things that we feel need to be added to the Constitution. Cyber I wonder how many Americans can actually define this term. Cyber means of, relating to, or characteristic of the culture of computers, information technology, and virtual reality. The real definition of this word goes way past those few words. Technology is another world! It can be good or bad. Sometimes children and even adults choose to do unspeakable things on their mobile devices and computers. Bullying, pornography, and ect may be displayed. People should be able to use technology in the way that they want to but if bad things are shown you may be in deep trouble. Lack of Money/ Poor Financing Some citizens face a terrible problem of going broke or loosing their jobs and much more. Americans feel that the average person's poor finance was the nation's biggest issue. Finance also applies and uses the theories of economics at some level. Finance can be defined as the science of money management. A key point in finance is the time value of money, which states that purchasing power of one unit of currency can vary over time. Finance can be broken into three different sub-categories: public finance, corporate finance and personal finance. You may hear that someone thinks we are struggling financially in the U.S. this can be fixed by giving the people the power to vote out the president if he is doing poorly. Religion I do not tolerate it when people make fun of people's religious beliefs. people should be able to choose their religion freely. A new rule is that if one's religion is critisized or made fun of then the person doing so will be in deep trouble. In the Constitution, it states:
The Constitution does not state anything about the judgment of religion though. Health Care Health Care: the maintenance and improvement of physical and mental health, especially through the provision of medical services. Health care in the U.S. is very important. Eleven percent of Americans felt that the nation's health care was country's biggest problem. Our health care system is litterally losing “patients,” killing more than 500 per day from errors, accidents and infections in hospitals alone, not to mention the mortality and suffering from millions of procedures that never needed to be done in the first place. At the same time, the employers and other purchasers paying for this care are losing “patience” with the slow pace of change in cleaning up the mess. There are two major problems: Problem 1: too much unnecessary care, Problem 2: billions of dollars being waisted. We can fix this by saying that if you run a health car program and it doesn't do well for at the limit 2 years then your program is to be cut off. Conclusion All of the above things to help the U.S. , can fix a lot of our problems. They help us keep ourselves in check and they fit the 21st century better. Lets all strive to be better people! |
